The Visitor Studies Association (VSA) is a professional organization focusing on all facets of the visitor experience in museums, zoos, nature centers, historic sites, and other informal learning settings. The organization is dedicated to providing the tools and inspiration needed to better understand, attract, educate, and serve visitors.

Publications

"Visitor Studies" is the organization's premier publication - a peer-reviewed journal published twice annually.
Members also receive a bi-monthly E-Newsletter.
Conference Abstracts are published annually.
