Governance

The Boulder Creek Historical Society (BCHS) owns and manages the San Lorenzo Valley Museum. The BCHS Board of Directors consists of 9 volunteers who are a mix of small business owners, retirees, and executives who work for large companies. The BCHS is all volunteer except for a paid contractor who handles executive director responsibilities. General meetings are held monthly and a Board of Directors meeting is held quarterly.
