The Junior Museum of Bay County is seeking an Education Director. Overall responsibility for the development, maintenance and management of all educational programs. Recruit and train education staff and volunteers. Work with exhibits committee to ensure exhibits convey and enhance a child’s educational experience. Experience working with and around children a plus. Participate in the planning, promotion and execution of some special events.
• College degree, preferably in education or science. May substitute experience for degree in certain situations.
• Previous experience in educational programming desired.
