Primary Responsibilities
Position Overview: Event Technology Specialist III • Acts as primary individual responsible for the set up, operation, and breakdown of basic Audio, Video, Projection, Computer and Lighting equipment. • Interacts directly with internal and external clients to meet and exceed their needs and apply floor up selling techniques, where appropriate. • Develop proficiency in all company computer systems and software programs, including Company billing software. • Assist team with proper security, storage, transportation and maintenance of equipment. Accounts for all inventories before and after each event.. • Assist with security procedures, monthly and quarterly inventory, and forecasting equipment needs.
Qualifications
Qualifications: • Must have a minimum of High School graduate/GED, some college preferred. • Excellent customer service skills proven through demonstrated ability to interact well with people and help others. • Technical aptitude and basic understanding of how to use audiovisual equipment and computer hardware and software. • Portrays a polished professional image to meet company dress code requirements • Must be able to accommodate a rotating work schedule to include nights and weekends. • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
