Goodwood Museum and Gardens, an historic house museum located on 16 acres in the heart of Tallahassee and surrounded by heirloom gardens, is looking for a 20 hour/week Development and Membership Associate to work directly with the Director of Development, Membership and Marketing to implement the Development and Membership plan for the organization. The Associate will be responsible for maintaining the membership and donor database, invoicing renewing members monthly with subsequent follow-up, providing membership and donor reports as requested, writing grant proposals, and preparing interim and final grant reports.
NOTES: Local Residents Preferred (No Relo)
Qualifications
Applicant must be a detail oriented, team player who is capable and willing to work independently. Good spelling and grammar a must. Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel. Experience with fundraising and membership databases (Past Perfect, Raisers Edge) a big plus.
Salary: $12.00 - $14.00 hourly
