Experienced, creative, and articulate educator sought by The Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum on Sanibel Island, Florida. Full-time, annual Salary $35,000 plus benefits. M.S. in education, marine biology, or related field, with 3 to 5 years experience preferred. Good knowledge of mollusks and marine life needed. Candidate must demonstrate exceptional skills in acquiring, training, and interacting with volunteers. Additional skills in writing, budget preparation, problem-solving, and grant writing also necessary. Experience and proficiency with standard business software packages required. Job involves the development and implementation of education programs and extensive interaction with volunteers. Submission deadline February 10, 2009.
