Experienced, creative, and articulate educator sought by The Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum on Sanibel Island, Florida. Full-time, annual Salary $35,000 plus benefits. M.S. in education, marine biology, or related field, with 3 to 5 years experience preferred. Good knowledge of mollusks and marine life needed. Candidate must demonstrate exceptional skills in acquiring, training, and interacting with volunteers. Additional skills in writing, budget preparation, problem-solving, and grant writing also necessary. Experience and proficiency with standard business software packages required.
