Two historic railroad depots on site with a collection of locomotives, railcars, and equipment from the early 1900's to the 1960's'.

The nationally accredited Museum fills its seven galleries with a variety of exhibitions throughout the year, including prestigious traveling exhibits and the work of nationally and regionally acclaimed artists. The Museum's own 2,300-piece permanent collection also forms the basis for exhibitions.

The Museum is pleased to be one of only eight museums nationwide to host Becoming a Nation: Americana from the Diplomatic Reception Rooms, U.S. Department of state.
