The Kelso House Museum uses five rooms for exhibits that are open to the public. Displays on the first floor include an 1843 beam loom and a gallery that offers an assortment of special exhibits. The parlor, decorated in Victorian style, includes an organ and horsehair sofa while the kitchen features a wood-burning stove. In the upstairs bedrooms are many Kelso family items, including a low poster bed and a quilt made by Lucy Kelso.

Founded in 1962, the Kettering Moraine Museum and Historical Society was dedicated to the organization, collection and preservation of historical artifacts and memorabilia from the Kettering and Moraine areas. In addition to the artifacts, historic buildings have been donated and moved to the Museum site over the years. Originally the museum was managed by a dedicated director and an active group of volunteers and was open to the public on a regular schedule.
