The Arts Center of Coastal Carolina is a focus for all that's entertaining, moving and wonderful in the arts. Our goal is to delight you, entertain you, challenge you, and help you explore new vistas.
What We Do...
We produce musicals, comedies and dramas. We host visiting performers, musicians, vocalists, artists, puppeteers and more. We are theater, with a 349-seat main stage house and two smaller venues for youth and experimental theater. We are a gallery for the visual arts.

The Cherokee Historical and Preservation Society, Inc. was formed in 1969 by a group of citizens concerned about the rapid loss of Cherokee County's historical heritage to development and progress. The group now consists of nearly two-hundred members and has taken great strides to educate the public about the significance of and protect the county's numerous historical sites.

The Colleton Museum is a local natural and cultural history museum. At the moment we are crammed into a small space with few personel and even fewer opportunities to properly interpret the artifacts in our care. We would like to see the museum inhabit a larger space with properly curated exhibits that capture the unique history of the Colleton County Lowcountry of South Carolina.
