DescriptionWe are working on a Coal Room, trying to box in a stairway to look like a underground tunnel, where you can look inside. We have a firepole that was donated by the Fire Department, we cleaned it and set it upright, it is 18 Ft. high.
HistoryIn 1925 we were founded and had a room on the 3rd floor of the Clay County Courthouse. On Sept 1977 we moved to the present location, which had originally housed the U.S. Post Office. The Dedication was July, 1980. We were put on the National Register on September 1994
