Description
The Cold War Air Museum is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the restoration and maintenance of Cold War era aircraft with a special emphasis on aircraft flown by the former Soviet Union.
Most of the museum's aircraft are in flying condition or being made ready for flight.
Artifacts Collections
The museum has a large collection of Cold War -era aircraft, many of which are in flying status. Of particular note are the only flying Mi-24D Hind helicopter gunship on permanent public display in the western hemisphere and a MiG-23UB Flogger supersonic interceptor that is currently being restored.
