Fort Lauderdale History Center
Fort Lauderdale Historical Society's Fort Lauderdale History Center offers insight into local pioneer history through permanent and temporary exhibits, research archives, original 1900s historical buildings, an 1899 replica school house and a gift shop. It is a lovely venue for weddings and events.
The Fort Lauderdale Historical Society brings the history of greater Fort Lauderdale to life and preserves it for the enrichment of the present and future generations.
Hoch Heritage Center is open to the public.
Research sources are available at the Hoch Heritage Center. Over 250 images of South Florida are avaiable for sale.
