The Society encompasses the history of: Ashland, Locust Dale, Lavelle, Gordon, Fountain Springs, Girardville, and surrounding areas. We are locals who have lived here all of our lives, out-of-stater's who have roots in the area, and newcomers who want to learn more about the place we now call home.
