Heritage Hall Museum & Museum "Country" Store are located in the renovated Old Fire Station, which was vacated by the county in 2000. Initially opened only during Floral City Heritage Days (annually on the first Saturday of December and preceding Friday night), Heritage Hall was redesigned in 2009 and opened weekly every Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Over the years, the Florida Railroad Museum has acquired and restored rolling stock and equipment to operate for the public's enjoyment. We hope our visitors appreciate the sights and sounds of Florida railroading as it existed in the 1940’s and 1950’s. The Museum offers one of the most unique museum experiences in the world. Here you "Ride the Exhibits!" The Museum operates weekend excursions year-round from the Train Station in Parrish, Florida. Special weekend events are scheduled throughout the year featuring themed train rides. The caboose is available to charter for small, private parties or you may charter the entire train for large family or corporate events. The Museum enjoys non-profit status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Fort Caroline memorializes the short-lived French presence in sixteenth century Florida. Here you will find stories of exploration, survival, religious disputes, territorial battles, and first contact between American Indians and Europeans. The museum also describes other significant cultural and natural features located within the boundaries of the Timucuan Ecological and Historic Preserve.

The Florida Agricultural Museum preserves heritage livestock breeds of Iberian descent. We own herds of Florida Cracker Horses and Cattle, both of which are among the rarest livestock breeds in existence today. The Museum offers tours of the Strawn Citrus Complex from the 1930s, the Clark Homestead and Traxler Store from the 1890s. The Black Cowboys exhibit can be visited in Espanola building. We also offer horseback riding on guided trail rides, equestrian camping, kayak tours of Pellicer Creek, an outstanding Florida waterway. Visitors are greeted by Sally the farm dog and children can collect eggs, feed the cattle, horses, pigs, and other livestock. Visitors can also tour John Hewitt's water powered sawmill archaeological site that operated from 1770 to 1813.

Florida Keys History of Diving Museum

The History of Diving Museum is a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to telling the story of the "Quest to Explore Under the Sea." The Museum itself contains more than 3,000 sq. ft. of interactive exhibits covering over 4,000 years of diving history. The Museum is open from 10 am - 5 pm daily and charges an admission fee of $15 for adults and $7 for ages 5-11. Museum memberships start at $50 per year for individuals.
