The Heritage Winooski Mill Museum opened in July 1998 as a "work-in-progress" exhibition in a donated gallery and hall space of the Champlain Mill, one of the former textile mills which now also houses shops, restaurants, and offices. A highlight of the hall exhibits is a large panorama of the Winooski Falls mill complex, c.1920, by Louis McAllister. There are also sequential maps of the mills site, 1840-1993.

Old Home Week has come and gone for another ten years. The society had a wonderful turnout during OHW and it was a pleasure to have so many visitors who stopped by to look over the displays, go on a walking tour, or attend our pancake breakfast fundraiser, which turned out to be a great hit.
