Suffolk Art League offers changing art exhibitions, classes and workshops for ages 3 to adult, lectures, and trips to other museums. We also partner with other institutions to provide arts programming.
1) To make the arts accessible and 2) to provide education in the arts.
Established in 1976 as a community based fine arts organizations. The Suffolk Art League holds many of its programs in the Suffolk Art Gallery with other programs held in the area schools.
Class and workshops are held in a variety of art mediums and offered for ages 3 to adult. Visiting artist workshops are held in each of Suffolk high schools and middle schools. Student scholaships are offered to students in grades 6 to 12 to pursue their artistic area of interest.
