Mission

The purpose of the North Ogden Historical Museum committee is to educate and bring awareness to the community of the rich heritage we share. The duty and accomplishments of the committee will be to collect, preserve and display items of historical significance for the people of North Ogden, and to find permanent housing for these items.

History

Started as a historical committee, obtained non-profit 501(c)3 status in 2006. Moved to current location in 2011.

Historical artifacts-home life, fruit industry, farming, social activities, clothing, schoolroom, medical, mining.

HO scale train diorama of old North Ogden with old buildings & houses.

Research Collections

Many histories of early pioneers.

Family histories, stories, & photos. Books on North Ogden, Ogden, and Weber County history.

Facilities

Room with projector and screen to show slide shows, interviews, etc.

Received its 5013C status as a tex exempt Corporation
