We house a comprehensive selection of vintage wine equipment, rare bottles, artifacts, a coopers shop as well as the Walter S. Taylor Art Gallery. Within the Museum complex there are two buildings for our visitors to see, a Replica Cooper Shop, Wine Museum and the Art Galley.

The Greyton H. Taylor Wine Museum’s purpose is to educate the public on the American wine industry and turn of the century cooperage. Housing the Walter S. Taylor Gallery, we further his creative spirit by showcasing his prolific and eclectic catalog.

The Greyton H. Taylor Wine Museum is dedicated to Walter S. Taylor's father Greyton Hoyt Taylor. In the late 1960’s Greyton H Taylor’s son, Walter, founded Bully Hill Vineyards on the original Taylor Winery site. In 1972, he established the Wine Museum.

Our tasting room is now open Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm. Tastings are $8/person which includes 5 pre-selected wines and a free souvenir wine glass.

We are now accepting reservations for groups 10 or more! To make a tasting reservation call us 607-868-3610 x2.

Winery Tours are now offered daily, weather permitting (raining or too hot). Tours depart at the top of every hour beginning at 11am and the last tour departs at 4pm. Tours are free.

Yes, you can buy Bully Hill wine if over 21 and varies by State for delivery.
