Description

The Hutchings Museum Institute inspires curiosity through exploration, conservation, and education. Exhibits include live animals, rocks and minerals, fossils, Native American artifacts, wild west and pioneer history, and the Lehi Veterans Memorial.

Mission

Exploring the past, creating the future.

History

When John and Eunice Hutchings first began exploring the natural world around him, he had a curiosity and passion that has inspired us since we began. The Hutchings Museum is a dynamic and educational museum, offering a wide variety of cultural artifacts and natural history specimens from Utah and the Western United States. Collection highlights include indigenous cultures, westward expansion, rocks and minerals, fossils, and live animals. The building is also home to the Lehi Veterans Memorial.
