The LSU Museum of Art is a dynamic venue located on the fifth floor of the Shaw Center for the Arts in downtown Baton Rouge. In addition to holding one of the largest university-affiliated art collections in the South, the museum presents world-class touring exhibitions of regional, American, and European painting, sculpture, decorative arts, works on paper, and photography.

Eight buildings within a two block area comprise this community museum located in the historical downtown area of Zachary, Louisiana, offering a rare picture of neighborhood life in a small town from the waning years of the 19th century through the 1960's.
