Tells the history of Montgomery County, the third county created in the Republic of Texas. Features Dr. Charles B. Stewart, first Secretary of State to the Republic of Texas, acted as interrupter between General Sam Houston and General Santa Anna and is credited with designing the Lone Star Flag.

The Woodlands Science and Art Center (WoodSAC) is now completing its third year of operation. We don't have a building yet, however we have plans for one on the campus of the Houston Advanced Research Center in The Woodlands. When our building is complete, it will showcase Sustainability and serve as a field trip destination for students in Conroe and the surrounding school districts.
