Description

The Missouri Museums Association encourages communication, cooperation and collaboration among museums, historic sites, archives, historical societies, libraries, national/state parks, and all persons who desire to affiliate with such organizations in the State of Missouri. This includes paid and unpaid museum staff members, museum board members, museum friends, and public and private institutions. The Missouri Museums Association provides members of the state's historical and cultural community with various opportunities to gain access to resources, share expertise, attend workshops, and to network with colleagues from other institutions.

Services


MMA provides regional workshops and an Annual Conference. Publications include a quarterly newsletter. MMA provides a common voice for historical agencies and members statewide.
