Fort Knox, Kentucky
The Patton Museum of Cavalry and Armor at Fort Knox, KY closed on 6 SEP 2010 in preparation of its move to Fort Benning GA as part of the 2005 BRAC passed by Congress. The US Army Accessions Command, which has taken over Fort Knox from the US Army Armor Center and Armor School, has decided to open up their own museum. It is named the General George Patton Museum of Leadership.
