The 45th Space Wing Public Affairs Office hosts a free historic bus tour for the general public the second Wednesday of each month. The three-hour tour includes visits to the Air Force Space and Missile Museum, historic launch pads and the historic Cape Canaveral Lighthouse. The tour begins at 9:00 AM at the south gate of Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.

The chief responsability of the AAHS is the operation and management of the 1838 Raney House Museum which is owned by the City of Apalachicola and was officially recorded in National Register of Historic Places on January 22, 1973. The Raney House Museum has on display furniture, documents and other artifacts from the 19th century.
