Historic House
In 1976, Historic Buckingham, Inc. acquired and restored the Housewright House, a Jeffersonian-era brick home on U.S. Route 60 in the village of Buckingham Court House.
The Housewright House serves as our headquarters, as well as a museum and a repository for historical books, genealogical records and other resources, such as cemetery surveys and maps.The museum is located in the Village of Buckingham Court House on Rt. 60. It contains exhibits on local history as well as a small genealogy library.
