Mount Harmon Plantation is the northernmost colonial era Tidewater plantation open to the public, and is a scenic and historic treasure.

In cooperation with Washington College, Chestertown, MD Mount Harmon is in the planning stages of an archaeological dig.

The plantation is situated on a peninsula formed by creeks and inlets of the Sassafras River in Cecil County, Maryland, known on early maps as World’s End.
