The mining park offers a self-guided walking tour through 110 acres of original circa 1900 Tonopah mining ground. Includes an underground adventure, three complete hoisting works, five mines, numerous original buildings housing a wide variety of artifacts and exhibits, extensive mineral collection including a black light mineral display, research library and gift shop.

Permanent art exhibits include Wanamaker Wild Animals of the World Exhibit, Ansel Adams Photography, Edward Weston Photography and featured local artists. Northeastern Nevada historical exhibits include Spring Creek Mastodon (prehistoric remains), area ranching, mining, wildlife, fossils, firearms, local Native American history, Chinese of the West, Hispanics of the West, local Basque history, area railroads, ghost towns, mining camps, and area geology plus much more. Changing exhibits include local artists and traveling exhibits. Our museum store features local arts & crafts, books, souvenirs, maps, gifts and much more.

The Mob Museum, The National Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement™, is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit dedicated to the history of organized crime and law enforcement. It was designed by a world-class team known for other highly successful museums that reinvigorated communities, including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland and the International Spy Museum in Washington, D.C. The Mob Museum showcases the real stories and actual events of Mob history through interactive and engaging exhibits that reveal both sides of this fascinating story.
