The Annie Riggs Memorial Museum is open six days a week, and is located at the corner of Main and Callaghan (number 3 on the historical tour). Visitors can experience a thriving desert garden at the back of the museum, inviting benches on the wrap-around porches and an interior courtyard with a restored Pecos County buggy.

The Clara Foster Slough Museum in Enloe, displays a collection of artifacts from the Enloe, Delta County, and Sulphur River areas of Texas. The museum also serves as a genealogy center and maintains records of early settlers in the area. The facility houses a library of research resources as well as documented artifacts. Hundreds of historic artifacts are on display, providing a glimpse into the past of the region.

Exhibits tell the story of the county beginning when Indians wandered through the area, through the invsasion by land barons as they built large ranches, the occupation of much of that land by homesteaders when barb wire and windmills made it possible for family farms to become established.

The Landmark welcomes visitors of all ages year round. In the summer months, watch as areas on the preserve are actively excavated.
