The American Banjo Museum is a national treasure in downtown Oklahoma City. The American Banjo Museum is a world-class facility dedicated to preserving and promoting the music and heritage of America's native musical instrument - the banjo. With over 300 banjos the museum presents the history and evolution of the banjo with interpretive exhibits and displays.

The Museum is located in Oklahoma’s Frontier Country Tourism area, just south of the Adventure district at 3400 NE Grand Blvd., just off I-35 at exit 31 or NE 36th street.
