Amelia Island Museum of History Photo by Liz Taylor

Amelia Island Museum of History Tours; The Amelia Island Museum of history is the first spoken history museum in the state. We continue our story-telling tradition with a variety of tours that cater to many interests and age levels. Walking Tours and Docent-Led Museum Tours are scheduled regularly. Alternate tour times may be arranged for groups of four or more by contacting our Volunteer and Tour Director, Thea Seagraves at (904) 261-7378 (x105).

Fernandina Beach Pub Crawl; One ticket, four pubs, a wealth of historical information about downtown Fernandina & a good time for all! AIMH’s newest Tour is underway and everyone is getting excited! Start making plans to join us Thursday evenings at 5:30 pm to tour four of our small town’s most popular, notorious or otherwise historic pubs & bars. One ticket will get you one drink at each establishment and an earful of colorful tales about the places you visit as well as those you see along your way. It’s a great way to beat the heat and a new fun way to see Fernandina and learn about her history! $25 per person (must be 21, must show id!), tour begins at the historic train depot in downtown Fernandina Beach. RESERVATIONS REQUIRED. Thea at 904.261.7378 x.105 or Thea@ameliamuseum.org.
