TSITIKA CONSULTANCY is a Museum and Heritage consultancy lead by Bill Haley Founder of Haley Sharpe Design. The consultancy provides expertise in the development and implementation of projects that are Interpretation and Master Planning lead. During my career I have worked for over 20 years on the design, development and operational projects in the USA including the design of galleries and landscapes for the Smithsonian History Museum DC, the NPS at Jamestown, the Tuskegee Airmen Center, Brown vs Board of Education Topeka, and the major re-development at the Gateway Arch Park in St Louis. Interpretive Master Planning is a key part of our experience and include Interpretive Master Plans for the Tallahassee Museum, Pensacola Historical Museum and the new Mulva Centre in De Pere Wisconsin.
