The museum is housed in a 35,000 sq. ft. re-renovated building. The Armed Forces History Museum is one of the largest, non-government funded, museums in the State of Florida. The musuem is interactive with vehicles, MIG 21, helicopters specialized military pieces, one of a kind artifacts & much, much more. Suitable for all ages.

The Clearwater Marine Aquarium is a non-profit working aquarium dedicated to public education, marine research and the rescue, rehabilitation and release of injured sick marine mammals, otters and sea turtles.

The original idea for an art center in Dunedin dates back to 1969 whenthe Dunedin Junior Service League, in recognition of the importance of the arts to everyday life, resolved to work toward the creation of a cultural climate, and the eventual building of a fine arts and cultural center. Both the League and the City agreed that an art center would be a wonderful heritage for the City of Dunedin.

To collect, preserve and promote the community of Dunedin and Florida history.

Heritage Village, operated by Pinellas County government with assistance from the Pinellas County Historical Society, is a 21-acre living history museum located in the heart of Pinellas County at 11909 125th St. N. in Largo. It is adjacent to the Florida Botanical Gardens.

The mission of the Panama Canal Museum is to preserve the history of the American era of the Panama Canal (1904-1999). The museum collects artifacts, documents and other items of historical importance and interest, which are accessible in person and on the Internet.

The Museum serves as a repository of historical and cultural information and physical artifacts primarily relating to African Americans in Pinellas County, Florida. We also sponsor several unique events each year including the following:

• Toast To The Legends - is an annual event which honors and recognizes pioneer African American families.

To educate, promote, and operate a historical museum for the preservation of knowledge and appreciation of Florida History; to display and interpret historical materials; to teach Florida history of the area; to publicize the area's history.

The Tampa Bay Automobile Museum features a unique collection of over forty European and American vehicles including front wheel drive and rear engine cars from the 1920’s and 1930’s.

Weedon Island Preseve Cultural and Natural History Center is an environmental and cultural education facilty with a 6,000 sq ft museum exhibit hall, classroom, auditorium, and art gallery area.
