The Busted Wrench Garage is not a business, it's a passion. The Busted Wrench was founded in 2008 by John Hans, a life-long motor vehicle enthusiast. Later, the Busted Wrench added an automotive gift shop to satisfy the desires of fellow car-buffs to buy nostaligic signs, branded clothing, die-casts, and various collectibles. The Busted Wrench hosts monthly cruise-ins and is becoming a preferred venue for certain car shows in the southern Mississippi area.

The Tunica RiverPark is an interpretive center overlooking a harbor carved out of the east bank of the Mississippi River which includes: a 48 ft. high observation platform, river overlooks, four large aquariums with native aquatic life, exhibits focusing on the relationship between the Delta, its wildlife, the levee system and the economic impact of the river on the area.

The beautiful Garden Terrace and promenade walk lead to a 1.9 mile nature trail designed for minimum environmental impact nestled in 130 acres of hardwood forests. This trail follows the river over the wetland area and into the woods behind the levee.

The Lois Dowdle Cobb Museum of Archaeology serves to complement the research mission of the Cobb Institute by providing exhibits and related opportunities for outreach education for the university community and the general public. Its gallery principally displays artifacts related to the Native American cultures of the Southeastern United States and the civilizations of the ancient Middle East and Mediterranean regions. The most recent exhibits have featured materials from the Institute's major on-going field projects. These include displays of artifacts from excavations at Lyon's Bluff, a 14-15th century A.D. Mississippian period settlement site in Oktibbeha County, MS; and from work at Tell Halif in southern Israel where late 8th century B.C.

North Delta Museum

The North Delta Museum was described by the Memphis Commercial Appeal, "it's like crawling through someone's attic". The museum located on the actual banks of the Mississippi River and at the foot of the levee in the National Register of Historic Places District of Friars Point is a repository of artifacts from the Mississippi Delta, the Mississippi River, including military. With an extensive collection of prehistoric Indian artifacts, the museum houses a replica of an early Delta general store, has a barn with horse drawn vehicles including a buggy, antique clothing, military uniforms, medical instruments, early Delta household items, antique sewing machines, antique washing machines and many visuals from the early steamboat days of the historic Friars Point port.
